Version Update Won't Finish

Markforged Support Request #19701 Can't print because version upgrade won't finish.

My printer has been on. I returned to it today to print. The screen requested a version update. I initiated the update. It said it ran out of memory. I've seen this happen on previous updates. I power cycled the printer since this has cleared this condition before. It booted up in "Preparing ... Version 2018-04-16 20:07:24-b834c55 and have remained there for three hours. No buttons respond to touch. It says "Do not shutdown or unplug your printer". What do I do now? How much longer should I wait?

Jacob from Engitype (Seattle & Portland) responded immediately, "First, try power cycling your machine one more time. Let me know how it boots up."

That evening, still Sunday, I wrote back, "Restarted on second try. Will save update for another day."
