I've been printing since Christmas 2017 when an old friend who found printing handy gave me a printer. My son and his girlfriend were visiting for the holidays and were kind enough to setup the printer and helped me get started. Since then I've been learning by doing and appreciate having a printer that makes this easy.
One thing I learned while making a replacement hinge: A cylinder is made from chords connecting vertices on a circle. This means the total volume will be less than a true cylinder with the same radius. So if you drill a hole in a hinge by subtracting the right sized cylinder then the bolt won't fit. Don't forget this. Make appropriate adjustments.
